Chase Taylor Recruitment Ltd is a leading recruitment agency specialising in the fenestration industry. Our client is a well-established company with over 20 years of experience in manufacturing and supplying high-quality UPVC window and door products for the trade.

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a UPVC window and door sales manager covering the North of UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for researching current opportunity areas, devising strategic sales plans, and working closely with the marketing team to ensure maximum value is being extracted from annual marketing spend.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify current opportunity areas considering service, geography, value, and competition.
  • Devise strategic sales plans to capitalise on opportunities, address weaknesses, and deliver growth in accordance with the long-range business plan.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure alignment between sales and marketing, ensuring maximum value is being extracted from annual marketing spend.
  • Introduce new products to existing customers and use them to introduce new customers to the business.
  • Hit KPI targets.
  • Take an active role in making business improvements.

Requirements:

  • A background within the Fenestration/window and door trade sector within the UK.
  • Experience and understanding of glazing system technical features and the UK Trade market.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills.
  • Sales and target-driven.
  • Good attention to detail.

Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum
