We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team at Heron Court, a 24-flat supported living service. This role offers a rewarding career with opportunities for progression and development.
About the Role:
- This is a full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week on a rota basis, including shifts from 7am-2:30pm and 2:30pm-10pm.
- You will be supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities and Autism, promoting their independence and well-being.
