About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Pharmacist to join our team in Devizes. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert clinical advice and guidance to patients, ensuring they receive the best possible care and support.
  • Work collaboratively with other pharmacy colleagues to deliver high-quality services and achieve business objectives.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including GPs and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve patient outcomes and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Pharmacy degree and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
  • Proven experience in community pharmacy, with a strong understanding of clinical and business operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and take calculated risks.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of the business and patients.
