Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical advice and support to patients and healthcare professionals
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of the pharmacy, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and pharmacy services
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Contribute to the development and implementation of pharmacy policies and procedures
Requirements
- Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
- Relevant experience in community pharmacy, preferably with a focus on patient care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
