Salary: £50,000 to £60,000 + Attractive Benefits package

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Pharmacist to join our team at Compass Associates. As a Lead Pharmacist, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our community pharmacies, ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care and service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to our pharmacy team
  • Oversee the delivery of community services, including prescription support, medication services, and clinical advice
  • Work closely with our management team to develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and pharmacy performance
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of our business strategy

Requirements:

  • Degree in Pharmacy (MPharm, BSc, or BPharm)
  • Experience in community pharmacy, preferably in a leadership role
  • Strong clinical and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
