Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced pharmacist to lead our community pharmacy team. As a Lead Community Pharmacist, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, and contributing to the growth and development of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the pharmacy team to ensure the delivery of excellent patient care and services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of business plans and strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for team members.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Pharmacy (MPharm, BSc, or BPharm)
  • GPhC Registration
  • Experience in community pharmacy (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
