Psychology Graduate Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated First-Class Psychology Graduate to join our team in a prestigious Primary School in South Woodford. As a Psychology Graduate, you will play a vital role in supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a friendly and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide emotional, behavioural, and SEN support to students in 1:1 and group interventions
  • Work closely with experienced members of the SEN team to develop and implement effective support strategies
  • Take part in the work of the SEN Department, contributing to the development of policies and procedures
  • Help students with day-to-day tasks, promoting their mental wellbeing and encouraging them to achieve their full potential
Requirements:
  • First-Class Psychology Degree from a Top 20 UK University
  • Previous experience working with children, preferably in a child-centred setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills
