Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum by engaging children in educational activities and play.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a safe and happy environment for children.
  • Assist with daily tasks such as hygiene standards and room preparation.
  • Ensure the welfare, protection, health, and safety of children.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with children is desirable but not essential.
  • A passion for making learning fun and engaging for children.
  • The ability to use a variety of communication techniques with children and adults.
  • A sound understanding of child protection and safeguarding.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of the nursery.
