Recovery Coach

As a Recovery Coach at Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust, you'll play a vital role in supporting individuals aged 14-65 who are accessing our Early Intervention Services. Your expertise and lived experience will enable you to provide individualized support, helping service users set and achieve meaningful goals. Working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team, you'll inspire hope and empower others to regain control over their lives.

Key Responsibilities:- Acting as a role model, using your own experiences to inspire hope and support service users in developing coping strategies

- Providing emotional support and guidance to help service users manage their mental health
