Senior Clinical Nurse

To be considered for this role, you must have relevant post-registration training in mental health, as well as experience in working with patients with complex mental health needs. You should have excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team.
You will also need to have experience in mentoring and coaching staff, as well as experience in quality improvement initiatives. A strong understanding of the Recovery Model and the Mental Health Act 1983 is essential for this role.
We offer a competitive salary of £42,000 - £62,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as excellent benefits and opportunities for professional development.
