Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to service users, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement individual care plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for service users.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and healthy environment, adhering to all relevant policies and procedures.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring you remain up-to-date with best practices in healthcare.
  • Support the care team in maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns or incidents in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • At least two years of experience as a Healthcare Assistant in the UK.
  • Strong empathy and communication skills, with the ability to work with challenging behavior.
  • A positive and professional approach, with a commitment to delivering exceptional care and support.
  • Reliability, flexibility, and a team-working ethos, with a willingness to work varied shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
