About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team at Castleholme Lodge, a 20-bed care home providing mental health services for adults with severe and enduring mental health difficulties.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Work as part of a supportive team to provide high-quality care to service users, using your knowledge and skills to help them achieve their recovery goals.
  • Participate in ward rounds, analysing behaviours and adapting care accordingly with colleagues.
  • Update patient records and provide overall care and support, which may include assisting with personal hygiene.
  • Work a 12.5-hour shift pattern, including nights and weekends, and hold a full UK driving license as you may be required to drive the service vehicle.

Castleholme Lodge is situated in Huddersfield with excellent transport links to the surrounding areas. Our team is inclusive and supportive, working together to provide the best possible care to our service users.
