About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled teaching assistant to join our primary school in the Coventry area. As a key member of our support team, you will play a vital role in helping children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) to access the curriculum and reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  1. To provide general classroom support to teachers, assisting with lesson delivery, preparing resources, and maintaining a safe and organised learning environment.
  2. To work closely with children with SEND, developing tailored plans to meet their individual needs and support their progress.
  3. To communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless transitions and a collaborative approach to education.
