We are looking for a Senior Broker who can lead and manage people development in alignment with business strategy, including building a high-performing team and a management capability in order to plan for succession. You will also be responsible for overseeing customer relationship management, including maintaining relationships with strategically important and major clients.

As a Senior Broker, you will be responsible for implementing policies, processes, systems, and controls relating to the area of the business under your responsibility, as required by the Risk function and the policy owner. You will also exercise judgement, integrity, care, skill, and diligence to avoid conflicts of interest and escalate issues as appropriate, with the support of the desk head.
