Occupational Health Manager

We are seeking an accomplished Health & Safety Officer to join Collaborate Recruitment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring adherence to Health & Safety regulations, developing policies and procedures, and providing expert guidance on safety equipment and practices.
We require a candidate with significant experience in the manufacturing industry and a recognized Health & Safety certification, such as NEBOSH or IOSH.
Main Responsibilities:- Enforce Health & Safety regulations within the organization.
- Monitor regulatory changes and disseminate information to senior management.
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive Health & Safety policies and procedures.
- Deliver employee training on Health & Safety policies and procedures.
- Conduct thorough on-site risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
- Regularly conduct audits and inspections.
- Provide expert guidance on safety equipment and machinery installation.
- Deliver Health & Safety inductions for new employees.
