As a Rehabilitation Assistant, you will be responsible for shared administrative support functions in a team environment, assisting Physiotherapists with their caseload, and providing exceptional care to our clients.
Your key responsibilities
- Process and perform clerical audits for discharged patient charts
- Maintain a presentable/organized clinic and ensure the gym area is free of obvious safety hazards
- Mail out satisfaction surveys to patients and their families
- Administrative tasks, including answering phones, processing supply orders, and photocopying documents
- Work closely with Physiotherapists to ensure seamless patient care
