Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for a skilled SEND Teaching Assistant to work within a dynamic and supportive team at a top-rated school in Sheffield. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality support to students with complex needs, enhancing their learning journey and promoting academic excellence.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized support to students with SEND, tailoring your approach to meet their unique requirements
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with teaching staff, students, and parents to ensure seamless communication and cooperation
- Contribute to the development of inclusive lesson plans and activities that cater to diverse learning styles

Essential Requirements:
- Minimum Level 2 Teaching Assistant Qualification or relevant experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students and staff
- Ability to think creatively and adapt to changing circumstances
