Teaching Assistant Specialist

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant Specialist to join our team in supporting the education and development of young people. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in creating a positive learning environment that promotes academic achievement and social growth.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, teachers, and other staff members. You will be responsible for providing support to students with special educational needs, as well as assisting with lesson planning, preparation, and delivery.
A minimum of 20 days' experience within a classroom setting is required, along with a recognised higher level teaching assistant qualification or equivalent. Flexibility and dedication to your role are essential, as is the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
