About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team in Stroud. The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales roles.

The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, identifying and qualifying new leads, and providing exceptional customer service. They will work closely with the wider team to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives.

Main Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new leads, generating new business opportunities
- Conduct outbound telephone outreach to existing and prospective customers
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Research and stay up-to-date with competitor offers and market trends

Requirements and Qualifications
- 3+ years of sales experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Self-motivated with a high level of initiative

What We Offer
- Salary of £30,000 per annum, plus commission (potential OTE up to £120k)
- Flexible working hours, including hybrid working options once trained and settled
