Job Opportunity: Electrical Technical Coach

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Technical Coach to join our team at Barclay Meade. As a key member of our workforce development solutions, you will be responsible for delivering training and assessment in core maintenance skills or mechanical and electrical maintenance to learners of all ages.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver and assess mechanical maintenance training
  • Develop and present training materials
  • Monitor and report on learner performance
  • Train and assess learners undertaking apprenticeships
  • Ensure compliance with online systems
Requirements:
  • Strong background in mechanical maintenance and/or electrical maintenance
  • Driving licence
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and proactively
  • Good IT Skills
  • Some experience or a keen interest in training and developing others
What We Offer:
  • Starting salary: 38,000 per annum
  • 25 days annual holiday + 8 statutory days
