Job Summary:

Midland Group Training Services is seeking a highly skilled Technical Coach to join our team. As a Technical Coach, you will be responsible for delivering training and assessment to learners of all ages in core maintenance skills, with a focus on mechanical maintenance and electrical technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver training and assessment to learners in mechanical maintenance and electrical technical skills
  • Develop and present training material to meet the needs of learners and industry partners
  • Monitor candidate performance and provide feedback to improve learning outcomes
  • Work with the training team to develop and implement training programs that meet industry standards
  • Collaborate with industry partners to identify training needs and develop solutions
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in mechanical maintenance and electrical technical fields
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in training and assessment, preferably in a vocational education setting
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations
