The successful candidate will be responsible for contributing to the whole School Improvement Plan, developing effective monitoring and evaluation of pastoral systems, and planning programmes of intervention for students who show significant underachievement and barriers to learning.

  • Contribute to leadership team meetings with detailed weekly behaviour analysis and actions
  • Track and monitor behaviour interventions
  • Participate in the development and implementation of strategies to maintain acceptable student behaviour
  • Manage student behaviour within the year group
  • Develop and manage systems for monitoring and tracking students out of lessons
  • Motivate and reward students
  • Participate in year group assemblies
  • Lead the development of effective relationships with parents
  • Establish and maintain effective administration systems
  • Lead in the development of robust and effective student welfare strategies

We offer a competitive salary of £35,395 - £45,766 per annum, plus benefits including our Harris Allowance for teachers on MPS/UPS, a Performance and Loyalty Bonus, Pension Scheme with generous employer contributions, a Wellbeing Cash Plan, and many other benefits.
