Primary School SENCO Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SENCO to join our team in a Part-time, Full-Time role. The successful candidate will work with a school that challenges and develops our pupils to become curious, autonomous learners who are inspired and stimulated by a rich and varied curriculum appropriate to their needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the provision for students with special educational needs.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to support students with SEN.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and external agencies.
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of students with SEN, ensuring they achieve their full potential.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with relevant SENCO qualifications.
- Proven experience as a LEAD SENCO in a primary school setting.
- Strong knowledge of SEN legislation and best practices.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
