Building Cost Controller

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to manage the financial and contractual aspects of our construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that costs are controlled and budgets are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Cost Estimation: Develop detailed quantity requirements and estimate costs for construction projects.
- Financial Management: Monitor construction budgets and track expenses to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts with clients and suppliers to secure the best pricing for our projects.
- Project Cost Control: Review and update project costs as construction work progresses, ensuring that costs remain within budget.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
- Skills: Proficiency in cost estimation software and understanding of project management principles.
