Culinary Support Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Culinary Support Specialist to join our kitchen team at Brentwood Care Centre in Essex. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the Head Chef in maintaining the highest standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Head Chef in the kitchen area, identifying workloads and organizing tasks accordingly.
- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the kitchen area and associated equipment, adhering to Health and Safety Regulations and other relevant guidelines.
- Contribute to cost control procedures and menu planning, working closely with the General Manager to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Prepare and review menus, taking into account the dietary needs of our residents.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the General Manager.
