The Department of Sociology at the University of Oxford is seeking a Research Facilitator to play a key role in supporting the research activities of the department. Reporting to the Head of Administration and Finance, you will work closely with researchers at all levels to support the identification of research funding opportunities and the preparation of timely and competitive proposals. You will advise the Department Leadership on research funding strategy and opportunities, building strong professional relationships with colleagues in the Social Sciences Division and the University's Research Services and Research Accounts sections. You will support communication and publicity of the Department's research and knowledge exchange activities, such as the Department's research webpages, newsletter, and reports. You will also contribute to the organisation of research-related events in the Department. This is a permanent full-time position, and hybrid working is welcome.
