Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Assistive Technology Officer to join our team in the Doncaster Metropolitan Borough Council. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring residents have access to home alarm services and assistive technology equipment.

The role is part-time, 26.25 hours per week, with a salary of £25,175 - £25,983 pro rata. A car driver is essential, and the ideal candidate will have a willingness to undertake Level 2 in Health and Social Care.

Salary Details
The salary for this position is £25,175 - £25,983 pro rata, which includes annual leave entitlement and a generous local government pension scheme. In addition, you will have access to a range of well-being support and development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
1. Ensuring residents have access to home alarm services and assistive technology equipment.
2. Providing technical support and maintenance for assistive technology equipment.
3. Responding to resident inquiries and concerns regarding home alarm services and assistive technology equipment.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
1. A willingness to undertake Level 2 in Health and Social Care.
2. A car driver's license.
3. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
