  • PLANNING AND DELIVERING ENGAGING ACTIVITIES TAILORED TO INDIVIDUAL NEEDS.
  • WORKING ONE-TO-ONE AND IN SMALL GROUPS.
  • COLLABORATING WITH PARENTS/CARERS TO ENSURE CONSISTENCY IN CARE AND LEARNING.
  • ASSISTING WITH SENSORY AND EMOTIONAL REGULATION STRATEGIES.
  • MAINTAINING A SAFE, SUPPORTIVE, AND STIMULATING ENVIRONMENT.
  • KEEPING ACCURATE RECORDS OF CHILDREN'S PROGRESS AND SHARING INSIGHTS WITH THE TEAM.

**Essential Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Relevant childcare qualifications and experience.
  • Dedication to supporting children with SEND.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
