Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to join our team at our Head Office in Bournemouth. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for managing and planning stock investment, maximizing availability, and driving our supply chain strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and plan stock investment to maximize availability and meet customer expectations
- Drive our supply chain strategy to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Collaborate with trading, distribution, finance, retail, and e-commerce operations teams to achieve business objectives
- Lead and inspire a team of supply chain professionals to meet customer expectations and drive team engagement
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary of up to £55,000 DOE, a pension with a 4% contribution, 25 days holiday increasing every year, 25% discount in our stores, hybrid working policy, and a dog-friendly office.
