About the Role
The Supply Chain Coordinator is an administrative role that requires a high level of attention to detail, to ensure and improve the efficiency and operation of our team. The role requires a sound knowledge of the wider Supply Chain environment and a good understanding of the market that Hobbycraft trades in.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating and communicating responses from stores and suppliers
- Creating ad hoc orders and supporting the Supply Chain team with stock queries and requests
- Keeping documentation up to date and managing data entry into our software
About You
- Experience in a retail environment preferable
- Experience with a variety of IT software including data entry and purchase order management
- Able to build and maintain effective and collaborative relationships with all stakeholders
- Has a proactive approach to managing workload
- Commercial awareness in their decision-making process
- Maintains a positive and resilient outlook
- Clear communicator with strong attention to detail
- Identifies risks and opportunities, communicating these clearly and in a timely manner to stakeholders
- Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
