About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Last Mile Infrastructure Limited.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading utilities company that prides itself on delivering innovative solutions across the energy, water, and multi-utility sectors.

The successful candidate will have excellent knowledge of quantity surveying principles and practices, as well as strong leadership skills to guide our projects forward.

Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate quantity surveying activities for multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
  • Collaborate with senior management to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS or equivalent) qualification.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing quantity surveying projects.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
