About the Role


We are seeking an experienced Senior Infrastructure Project Lead to join our team at AtkinsRéalis. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for leading complex infrastructure projects across the UK and internationally.


Key Responsibilities



  • Developing and executing project plans to ensure successful delivery on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
  • Preparing and managing project budgets, forecasts, and reports to track progress and make informed decisions.
  • Fostering strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and partners to drive project success and build a positive reputation for AtkinsRéalis.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements



  • A degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, project management) and professional certifications (e.g., MAPM, CMI).
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in infrastructure project management, preferably in the water and wastewater sector.
  • Demonstrated expertise in project planning, risk management, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard software and tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
