About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Operations Lead to join our team at INEOS Automotive. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to lead operational coverage of our CMS solution, Sitecore.

As a Digital Operations Lead, you will report directly to the Digital Systems Manager and provide crucial support to the Digital function. Your key responsibilities will include owning and managing all Sitecore platform operational aspects, leading administrative activities, managing direct engagement with Sitecore, tracking and following up on tickets, developing and enhancing processes, working closely with the Digital Products Team, and supporting large-scale releases and deployments.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and experience of Sitecore CMS (Versions 9-10), including templates, layouts, roles & authorizations workflows, publishing, versioning etc.
  • Sitecore Administration Certification
  • Extensive experience of Azure DevOps, with Pipeline experience preferable (not essential)
  • Ability to extrapolate core business requirements from users and understand complex business challenges at speed
  • Experience of managing an operational support ticketing queue
  • Comfortable working and leading in a multi-vendor landscape, driving deliverables and plans
  • Experience working in an Agile environment, within a Digital team covering both Delivery and Operations
  • Self-started mentality, able to operate sufficiently without full guidance, managing own workload and priorities
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, facing off to multiple stakeholders
  • Experience in working in a low-code/development platform
  • Excellent time management
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build long-term professional relationships at all levels, internally and externally
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Fluent English (written and verbal)

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package, with an estimated annual salary of £55,000 - £70,000 depending on experience. In addition to your basic salary, you will also be entitled to benefits such as [insert benefits here].
