The Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our team. As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic positioning and messaging to drive the success of our products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including revenue marketing, product, design, and content.

Your Responsibilities
  • You will refine positioning and messaging for our digital experience portfolio to differentiate our products by understanding the market problems they solve, the challenges our customers face, and how they realize value with solutions built on our platform.
  • You will create high-impact marketing collateral such as sales presentations, product datasheets, case studies, and whitepapers to support sales efforts and educate customers about our products and drive key product launches.
  • You will work with GTM (sales, pre-sales, marketing) teams and product management teams to implement targeted go-to-market strategies and field readiness initiatives.
  • You will identify and prioritize key segments and personas with targeted positioning and messaging that drive acquisition, conversion, and expansion.
  • You will partner with the demo marketing team to create world-class demos for use in marketing events, analyst evaluations, and to bring product web pages to life.
  • You will develop sales tools including playbooks, presentations, and demo stories that effectively communicate solution benefits.
  • You will support revenue marketing with strategies on how to create demand for our products.
  • You will partner with our market insights team to create research, thought leadership, and competitive intelligence materials.
  • You will become an expert on the commercial aspects of our portfolio, including pricing and packaging and articulation of customer ROI.
Your Qualifications
  • You should have 7-10+ years' experience in a product marketing or solution consulting role in enterprise software.
  • You should have experience in marketing technology (MarTech) software, preferably in the content management, digital asset management, or DXP space.
  • You should be able to navigate ambiguity, drive clarity, and influence go-to-market strategies.
  • You should be able to work cross-functionally, partnering optimally with sales, marketing, and product teams across Sitecore to meet common goals.
  • You should have great written and verbal communication and influencing skills with a knack for simplifying the complex and creating and conveying compelling narratives.
  • You should be self-motivated with a track record of leading projects from concept to completion in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • You should have demonstrated experience creating presentations, writing blogs, delivering webinars, and presenting to customers, analysts, etc.
  • You should have fantastic storytelling skills and ability to communicate and translate technical issues to business values.
  • You should have excellent PowerPoint skills.
  • You should be passionate about digital experience and the value it creates for businesses and consumers.
