Purchase Ledger Clerk

Global Accounting Network is partnering with a well-respected building services company to recruit a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their finance team on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will gain valuable experience in a stable Purchase Ledger role, working as part of a high-performance finance team in a great working environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing invoices and maintaining supplier accounts
  • Preparing weekly and monthly payment schedules
  • Assisting with payment runs and vehicle postings
  • Code and process expenses

Required skills and experience:

  • Experience with Evolution / FSI Go
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and Powerpoint
  • Strong communication and decision-making skills
  • Ability to manage conflict and financial knowledge
