**About the role**

You will:

- Undertake a variety of administrative processes and duties including recruitment of employees and HR administration to support the centre.
- Oversee the holiday centre’s administration and reception, ensuring that this operates professionally and effectively.
- Provide effective assistance to the General Manager in coordinating the diverse workload and activities of the centre.
- Coordinate service compliance and improvement plans.
- Support the General Manager in coordinating compliance processes to meet both internal, contractual and regulatory requirements.

**About you**

You will have:

- Experience of having overall responsibility for carrying out a broad range of administration tasks.
- Proven ability to schedule and coordinate tasks, ensuring compliance and meeting deadlines.
- Customer Service experience in a busy environment.
- Experience of working effectively as part of a team - training, supervising and task monitoring.
