Estate Agent Sales Progressor Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Estate Agent Sales Progressor to join our team at Kings Permanent Recruitment for Estate Agents & Financial Services Professionals.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for progressing sales from point of sale to satisfactory completion, working closely with Sales Negotiators and other stakeholders. This role requires excellent communication and administrative skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Progress sales from point of sale to satisfactory completion
  • Work closely with Sales Negotiators and other stakeholders
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Communicate effectively with clients, solicitors, surveyors, and other parties involved in the sales process
Requirements:
  • Experience working in an Estate Agency environment
  • Excellent communication and administrative skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £26,000 per annum
  • A discretionary end-of-year bonus of up to £2,000
