Job Title: Sales/Showroom Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales/Showroom Consultant to join our team at Chiltern Recruitment Ltd.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients in our showroom, guiding them through the buying process, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Receiving visitors in a polite and professional manner
  2. Providing product advice and design ideas
  3. Raising quotations and processing orders
  4. Dealing with telephone enquiries and problem-solving
  5. Taking payments on orders and booking deliveries
  6. Providing technical advice and sales aftercare
  7. Assisting with complaints in a professional manner
Requirements:
  1. Previous customer-focused background
  2. Ability to deliver a great customer buying experience
  3. Strong communication and organisation skills
  4. Ability to work within a small team and on own initiative
  5. Computer literate with basic Maths skills
  6. Smart appearance and polite, professional approach
