Job Title: Retail Sales Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Consultant. As a key member of our showroom team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients as they browse our extensive range of luxury products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide product advice and guidance to clients
  • Offer design ideas and solutions to meet clients' needs
  • Raise quotations and process sales
  • Deal with telephone queries and resolve customer issues
  • Take payment on orders and book deliveries
  • Provide technical advice and support to clients
  • Offer sales aftercare and follow-up services
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working with a luxury brand or in fashion or interior design
  • Excellent customer service skills and a customer-focused approach
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Good eye for design and a flair for creativity
  • Well-presented and IT literate
