Job Title: Retail Sales Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Consultant. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients as they browse our extensive range of luxury products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide product advice and guidance to clients
  • Offer design ideas and solutions to meet clients' needs
  • Raise quotations and process sales
  • Deal with telephone queries and resolve customer issues
  • Take payment on orders and book deliveries
  • Provide technical advice and support to clients
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and sales aftercare
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working with a luxury brand or in fashion or interior design
  • Customer-focused and self-motivated individual
  • Good eye for design and well-presented
  • IT literate and able to use our systems
