Job Title: Retail Sales Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our luxury retailer in Marlow. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients as they browse our extensive range of products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide product advice and guidance to clients
  • Offer design ideas and solutions to meet clients' needs
  • Raise quotations and process orders
  • Deal with telephone queries and resolve customer issues
  • Provide technical advice and support
  • Ensure excellent sales aftercare and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working with a luxury brand or in fashion or interior design
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Good eye for design and attention to detail
  • Well-presented and IT literate
Benefits:
  • 4 weeks' holiday per year, increasing to 5 weeks with qualifying length of service
