SEND Education Lead Teacher

Salary: MPS 4 - 6 (£31,659 - £50,178)
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SEND Education Lead Teacher to join our team at Kaden Recruitment Ltd. As a SEND Education Lead Teacher, you will be responsible for leading the educational development of children with diverse learning needs.
About the Role:
- Develop and implement effective teaching strategies to support pupils with SEND.
- Lead a team of teachers and support staff to deliver high-quality lessons that cater to diverse learning needs.
- Collaborate with other professionals to develop and implement EHCPs that promote pupil progress.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK, with experience in primary or SEND education.
- Previous experience teaching children with special educational needs, ideally with knowledge of autism support strategies.
