Higher Education Co-ordinator

We are seeking an experienced professional who is passionate about Higher Education and Careers. The ideal candidate will be committed to our mission of ensuring students succeed at a good university or equivalent, thrive in their chosen field, and live a great life.

This is a full-time, term-time only position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our Higher Education and Careers programme, working closely with students, staff, and external partners to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Higher Education and Careers strategy
  • Provide guidance and support to students on university and career options
  • Build and maintain relationships with universities and other external partners
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our Higher Education and Careers programme

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Higher Education and Careers
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
