As Programme Director - Education Forum, you will oversee the development of a high-quality programme that appeals to an international audience of education ministers and their delegations. You will work in partnership with government stakeholders to ensure the programme meets deadlines and aligns with the event work plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project leadership throughout the event lifecycle, ensuring programme development meets deadlines.
  • Collaborate with the sales and sponsorship teams to support engagement with corporate sponsors.
  • Research, invite, and confirm senior-level speakers to participate in the event.
  • On-site coordination of speakers and other key stakeholders, stage management, and liaison with the AV team.
  • Write compelling programme abstracts and website copy.

Experience and Skills Required:

  • Extensive experience in the education sector, ideally with editorial, policy, or events experience.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills in order to manage and prioritise workload.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including spelling, grammar, and proofreading.
  • MS Office essential - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
