To manage all elements of the Fleet Systems Programme for Translink in accordance with company governance policies and procedures. This includes Energy Management System projects, Telematics, WiFi and other projects. The approved Programme spend over the next 4 years is circa £30 Million.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Fleet Systems Programme, ensuring alignment with company governance policies and procedures.
- Oversee Energy Management System projects, Telematics, WiFi, and other projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Manage interfaces within the operational environment, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Ensure effective contract and financial management, including large project budgets.
- Lead and manage a team, allocating projects and workload, and ensuring operational efficiency.
- Manage complex projects across multiple sites, ensuring successful delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Hold a degree in a Technical or Business Subject.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Project Management, planning, and control processes within a Systems Environment, or knowledge of Fleet operations and systems.
- Experience in managing interfaces within an operational environment.
- Contract/Financial management experience, including management of large project budgets.
- Experience in managing people within an Operational environment, including allocation of projects and managing workload.
- Experience in managing complex projects in a large organisation across multiple sites.
- Experience working and communicating in a unionised environment.
- Project Management Qualification.
