Job Title: Programme Manager for Fleet Systems

Translink is seeking a highly skilled Programme Manager to lead the Fleet Systems Programme, responsible for managing all elements of the programme in accordance with company governance policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Fleet Systems Programme, including Energy Management System projects, Telematics, WiFi, and other projects.
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Lead a team of professionals, allocating projects and managing workload within the project office.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including union representatives, to ensure effective project management.
  • Manage complex projects across multiple sites, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Qualified to a degree level or equivalent in a Technical or Business Subject.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience of Project Management, planning and control processes within a Systems Environment; or knowledge of Fleet operations and systems.
  • Experience of managing interfaces within an operational environment.
  • Contract/Financial management experience, including management of large project budgets.
  • Experience of managing people within an Operational environment.
Desirable Criteria:
  • Experience of working & communicating in a unionised environment.
  • Project Management Qualification.
