Care Assistant for Older Adults

We are seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to provide high-quality care and support to residents in our care homes. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that each resident receives the best possible care and attention.
">">As a Bank Care Assistant, you will have the flexibility to work on a part-time basis, providing cover as and when needed. You will work closely with our dedicated team to ensure that residents receive the care and support they require.
Responsibilities- Supporting residents with their daily needs, including personal care and medication management
- Ensuring that residents' care plans are implemented and reviewed regularly
- Providing emotional support and companionship to residents
To be successful in this role, you will need:
">Some experience of caring for older adults, excellent communication skills, and a compassionate and empathetic approach
