Front Office Porter Job Description

The Academy Hotel in Bloomsbury, a charming district in London's West End, is seeking a Front Office Porter to join their team. As a Front Office Porter, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to guest queries and provide security for the property
  • Perform general housekeeping duties to maintain a high standard of cleanliness
  • Develop a rapport with guests and provide excellent customer service
  • Work collaboratively with the front office team to ensure seamless guest experiences

Requirements:

  • Sociable and upbeat personality with excellent verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to delivering high standards of service
