The Role of a Front Office Porter

We are seeking a highly sociable and upbeat individual to join our team as a Front Office Porter. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, responding to guest queries, and ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel.

As a Front Office Porter, you will have the opportunity to develop a rapport with our guests, providing them with a warm and welcoming experience. You will be responsible for:

  • Providing high standards of service and care to our guests
  • Responding to guest queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensuring the security of our hotel and its guests
  • Performing general housekeeping duties to maintain the high standards of our hotel
