**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team at Skybridge Recruitment Solutions Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of generalist operational HR and supporting the organization in achieving its business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Generalist: Provide HR advice and guidance across a range of HR areas, including employee relations, employment law, HR best practice, payroll adjustments, training and development, recruitment, and various HR projects.
  • Employee Relations: Act as the key HR contact within the organization, providing HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on all aspects of employee relations, including disciplinary and grievance procedures.
  • Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs to support the organization's business objectives, including workshops and training sessions for line managers and employees.
  • Recruitment: Support the recruitment process, including writing job descriptions, preparing interview questions, and application forms.
  • HR Data and Insights: Analyze HR data and insights to inform and support business decisions, driving continuous improvement and performance.
  • HR Policy and Procedures: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to drive performance and mitigate disputes.
  • Business Partnering: Work closely with managers and senior leaders to understand business needs and develop HR strategies to support business objectives.

Requirements:

  • CIPD Level 5 Certification: Hold a CIPD Level 5 certification or equivalent.
  • HR Experience: Have a strong background in HR, with experience in generalist operational HR and employee relations.
  • Business Acumen: Have a good understanding of business operations and be able to develop HR strategies to support business objectives.
  • Communication Skills: Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with managers, employees, and other stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Have strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
